The company began in 2004 under the name of ABC Realty, offering a regular realtor service for Lake Norman real estate and Concord NC real estate. Today we represent something different - a real estate service with added goodwill.

We decided it was time for a change, that it doesn’t have to be that way, and in fact, it can be the exact opposite. That’s why Charity Realty donates a portion of their commission to the non-profit organization of your choice.
